The regional procedures are hosted on the Warwickshire Safeguarding Adults website (you will be automatically redirected). These have been developed jointly by the fourteen West Midlands local authorities and their Safeguarding Adults Boards working together to introduce a consistent approach and practice within the adult safeguarding environment.
