Anti-Bullying
Bullying is behaviour by an individual or group, usually repeated over time, that intentionally hurts another individual or group either physically or emotionally.
If you think you or someone you know is being bullied then talk to an adult you trust such as your parent or adult in your family, a teacher, adult family friend or neighbour, they will help you get the help you need.
