Multi-Agency Audits

WSP Audit Findings

A key function of WSP is to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of what is done by partner agencies individually and collectively to safeguard and promote the welfare of adults with care and support needs.

The purpose of multi-agency auditing, as part of a wider quality assurance activity, is to improve practice, with the intention of improving outcomes through a process of continuous learning.

Our Performance & Quality Assurance Subgroup conducts and commissions multi-agency audits to help us assess the quality of services for adults with care and support needs and identify areas for improvement.

We would encourage you to share these within your agency so that learning is shared and can help us improve outcomes for adults with care and support needs.
